For Thanksgiving last week, Kristin and I went to stay with her family in Frisco. My parents were also able to join us this year for turkey day, so by the time we sat down to eat lunch, it was like being in one of those holiday movies with lots of family around the table laughing and eating. It was great!

On Saturday, we headed out to Arlington to go to the Baylor/Texas Tech game in Cowboys Stadium. The stadium is obviously pretty awesome but the game is what surprised all of us. Baylor actually played well and made a game of it!

We won’t be heading to Frisco any time in the near future, however. Our doctor let us know she strongly discouraged any traveling pretty much from after Thanksgiving until the kiddo is born. This just means Kristin’s family will be coming to see us for Christmas, so that will be exciting! (Especially for our dogs. They love house guests.)
